1. Log into Charms. If this is your first time, learn how to login here. Note: If someone in your family has already logged in and changed the password, the instructions at that link will be inaccurate. Check with your family!
2. Click on Forms Collected.
That's it! Also, if you turned in any money related to that Handbook Contract (MS Band Shirt, HS Pep Band Shirt $, for example), you can click on "Finances" and see every financial transaction we have on record for you.
This information is updated once a day on weekdays, usually between 6-7 am.
If the Handbook Contract has been misplaced or you need another copy, you can print it out from our handouts section (learn about it) or get an extra from the band room.
