Bremen Band – Parent Meeting
MONDAY, MAY 14th @ 7:15 PM – Bowen Auditorium
This is an EXTREMELY IMPORTANT meeting for all band parents!
This meeting is critical to communicate with you, the parents, about an upcoming fundraiser we are doing to help raise needed funds for the Bremen Band. We realize that parents have very busy schedules, but we will be hosting a meeting that cannot be overlooked. If you have a student who is participating in Bremen Band Program or Color Guard this school year, we need for you to attend this meeting!
The meeting will only take about 30 minutes. We have a HUGE mattress fundraiser coming up that we want to begin to share with all of you during the meeting. This fundraiser has been done in communities the same size as ours and has been able to raise up to $16,000 in a single day. What’s even better is the kids don’t have to sell anything, and it costs us nothing to run this event. This past year Crown Point Band raised $16,500, Hebron Band raised over $10,000, Jay County Band raised over $9,000, Nappanee Band raised over $7,500, Elkhart Central Band raised $6,500, Huntington North Choir raised $5,500, and the list keeps going. We are very excited about this opportunity for our band and color guard members to earn money towards their band fees. Please attend this meeting.
When this meeting is over, the company will be giving away three FREE Memory Foam or Latex pillows valued at $149 each, and for a grand prize they will be giving away a gift card for $250. Any parent in attendance will be eligible for the free gifts. Additionally, the company will donate $5.00 for every family that is represented! By attending this meeting, you have already earned the band program money! This is an easy opportunity to support our program by just sharing a few minutes of your time.
The meeting will be held in the Bremen Auditorium at 7:15 pm, between the MS and HS Concerts.
