In our final performance of the year, the Bremen Band has been honored once again with an invitation to perform at the 2018 Bremen High School Graduation Ceremony on Sunday, June 3.
Students will be performing selections from our concert music this term, as well as the processional and recessional for the ceremony itself.
Here are a few things students and parents need to know:
This is a required performance. Every absence means we sound a little worse; it is important that we honor our seniors with our full participation.
Students should meet in the band room at 1 pm on Sunday, June 3.
Seniors should check in with the senior class, then move to the band room.
We will begin performing at approximately 1:20 pm.
After performing before the ceremony, seniors will be given time to join their class in line for the processional.
All students should be wearing DRESS clothing for this important, formal event. No shorts, tennis shoes, t-shirts, jeans, or other casual attire.
The ceremony should conclude at approximately 4 pm. Students will need to put all band items back in the band room before being dismissed.
