Are you a high school student interested in trying out for the prestigious All-State Band or All-State Honor Band in Indiana?
Not sure? If you did a Group I solo last year and earning a Gold rating was easy for you, you may be a candidate for All-State Band. All-State Bands are audition only ensembles playing the highest quality music with only the best students from across the state for one weekend at an Indiana college.
Students who wish to audition need to read carefully the information at this website. Included there is application information and links to the audition music that must be prepared for the judges in January. When prompted, our Bremen school code is kfqjh3
There is a $10 entrance fee, and applications must be submitted online by December 1 at 11:59 pm. The online application is available here, now!
Students should not audition if they are unable to commit to the performance weekend March 8-10. The cost, including instruction, music, lodging and meals, is $195.
We will be auditioning at Penn High School on Sunday, January 13 beginning at 1 pm.
